Ingredients:
1 English Cucumber (4-5 if using small variety)
1 Carrot (Medium)
1 Cup Yogurt
1 tsp Cumin powder
1/8th tsp Salt
Dash of Black Pepper
¼ cup Water (Optional)
Method:
- Chop Cucumber and Carrot.
- In a bowl, add the cucumber, carrot, yogurt, cumin powder, salt and pepper, give a good mix.
- Allow it to rest for 30 minutes.
- Serve just like that or as a side for any spicy dish like Home made Biriyani.

- I add water to this recipe because I love to drink the liquid after eating the salad. It has so much flavor in it. Otherwise it will be creamy, that will be delicious too. Eat how you like!
