Ingredients:
1 head Cauliflower
5 pods Garlic
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
¼ tsp Salt
Dash of Black Pepper Powder
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method:
- Preheat oven to 450-degree F (225 degree C)
- Cut Cauliflower into small pieces (about an inch)
- In a baking tray, mix all the ingredients well until they form a nice coating around the cauliflorets.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally until the it turns nice golden brown along the edges.
- Sprinkle with some Coriander leaves (Cilantro) and serve.
Very simple yet delectable taste. Your family will love it.
