Roasted Cauliflower- Indian Style

Difficulty: Very Easy

Ingredients:

1 head Cauliflower

5 pods Garlic

1 tsp Cumin powder

1 tsp Turmeric powder

¼ tsp Salt

Dash of Black Pepper Powder

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 450-degree F (225 degree C)
  2. Cut Cauliflower into small pieces (about an inch)
  3. In a baking tray, mix all the ingredients well until they form a nice coating around the cauliflorets.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally until the it turns nice golden brown along the edges.
  5. Sprinkle with some Coriander leaves (Cilantro) and serve.

Very simple yet delectable taste. Your family will love it.
