Coriander/ Cilantro Chutney

Ingredients:
1 bunch Coriander/ cilantro leaves
2 tsp Coriander seeds
2 tsp Urad dhall
3-4 Red Chillies
1 small piece of Tamarind
4 inch Coconut (2 tbsp if grated)
1 tsp oil
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup water
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add urad dhall, coriander seeds, red chillies one by one giving each 20 seconds to fry.
- Add the tamarind and coconut, fry for 30 seconds.
- Clean the coriander leaves well, add them to the pan and cook for a minute or two until the leaves wilt.
- Grind everything together by adding salt and water to form a smooth.
- Serve with dosa, idly, etc..

Notes and Tips:
- You can skip the coriander seeds and make the same chutney.
- Small onions can be used for increasing the quantity and for a different taste.
- If you have a toddler or a fussy kid, grind the chutney decreasing the amount of chillies, mix it with dosa batter and make yummy dosas. Adults can enjoy this too..
