Oven Roasted Asparagus with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:
1 Bunch Asparagus (30-35 Count)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ tsp Salt
Pepper to taste
For Dip:
½ cup Yogurt
1 tsp Garlic powder
A dash of salt
¼ tsp fresh lemon juice
Method:
- Trim, wash and pat dry the Asparagus.
- Add everything mentioned in the ingredients to the asparagus, toss well until coated.
- Bake at 400 degree F for 15 minutes.
- Serve with yogurt dip.
For Yogurt Dip:
- Mix all the ingredients given under ‘for dip’ well.
- Serve with oven roasted Asparagus.

Notes:
- You can use finely minced Garlic instead of Garlic powder while roasting the asparagus.
- Try different seasonings like lemon pepper, etc., Just pepper and salt seasoning will do just fine too.
