Oven Roasted Asparagus with Yogurt Dip

Difficulty: Very Easy

Ingredients:

1 Bunch Asparagus (30-35 Count)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian Seasoning

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

¼ tsp Salt

Pepper to taste

For Dip:

½ cup Yogurt

1 tsp Garlic powder

A dash of salt

¼ tsp fresh lemon juice

Method:

  1. Trim, wash and pat dry the Asparagus.
  2. Add everything mentioned in the ingredients to the asparagus, toss well until coated.
  3. Bake at 400 degree F for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with yogurt dip.

For Yogurt Dip:

  1. Mix all the ingredients given under ‘for dip’ well.
  2. Serve with oven roasted Asparagus.

Notes:

  1. You can use finely minced Garlic instead of Garlic powder while roasting the asparagus.
  2. Try different seasonings like lemon pepper, etc., Just pepper and salt seasoning will do just fine too.
