3 cups Red Pumpkin

1.5 tbsp Honey

15 Mint Leaves


  1. Chop Pumpkin into small pieces.
  2. Add honey and finely chopped mint leaves, mix well.
  3. Rest it for minimum 30 minutes and then serve.

  1. Longer the resting period, the better.
  2. This is a crunchy salad. If you don’t like it crunchy, steam the pumpkin for 5-10 minutes and then follow the same recipe.
  3. You can use jaggery instead of honey.
